Deposits
A 35%- 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with 72 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time.

Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

No Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. Late arrivals will incur the loss of their deposit if the appointment cannot proceed.

Cosmetic Tattoo Touch-Up Appointments
Your perfecting session should be completed within the recommended timeframe discussed at your appointment. Appointments booked outside this timeframe may incur an additional fee.

Results
Healing results vary from person to person. Cosmetic tattooing is a two-step process, and a touch-up appointment is recommended to achieve the best healed result.

Right to Refuse Treatment
Bevin Cosmetic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is not considered safe or suitable.
